Nortec: 30-day leadership program
Nortec was growing fast but with growth comes complexity—and the risk of losing focus. I helped their leadership team align around a simple mission: protect their time, build better habits, and spread a culture of effectiveness across teams.

“I give Casper my warmest recommendations, and I would at any time recommend him to any organization that is curious about how they can develop and improve so that both the team and the individuals become more effective, solve the right tasks, and at the same time ensure high employee satisfaction and well-being.”

How Nortec's leadership team took back control of their time
When I first connected with Nortec, it was clear they were in the middle of strong growth—and with that came increased complexity. More meetings, more decisions, more distractions.
They wanted to stay focused as they expanded into new markets—without losing momentum or compromising their strong company culture.
That’s where I came in. I introduced them to my 30-day Effectivity Sprint—designed to cut through noise, build better habits, and align leaders around a shared, smarter way of working.

The program unfolded in three phases
✅ Phase 1: Kickoff & Alignment
• We began with a full-group kickoff where I presented the effectivity framework, the science behind our tools, and a simple message: Time is your most valuable resource — so, this is how you protect it.
• Every leader received an overview of the 30-day program and started evaluating how they actually spend their time. We talked openly about the cost of busywork, context-switching, and constant inputs.
• Everyone left with an understanding of what effectivity really is and what to expect for the next 30-days. Already now, each leader started identifying how they'd help implement the tools for themselves, their teams, and the broader organization.
💬 Phase 2: 3x1:1 Sessions with Each Leader
• While the kickoff and final workshop are together with all leaders, the next phase is always individual. This is where we have individual 1:1's so we can uncover how you as an individual work, what your specific tasks include and what tools suit you best.
• In Nortec's case, the 3x individual talks took place over the next 3-5 weeks, These deep-dives were hands-on, where we worked through daily challenges, calendar chaos, decision fatigue, and old work habits that no longer served them.
• Everyone’s brain works differently, and changing habits is not a one-size-fits-all job. For some, the shift starts already on day 1 while others take a few weeks. But all of them gained clarity, confidence, and control.
The best part? It didn’t stay at the individual level. These leaders brought the changes back to their teams.
📅 Phase 3: Final Workshop & Rollout
• We finished the program with a final workshop to map out the new company guidelines (3-5 effecitivty tools to be used across the entire company).
• But first, each leader shared what worked for them, what surprised them, and what they'd changed. Based on all this an implementation plan was set for the company to enable all employees to use the tools.
• We distilled the most useful tools, aligned on a shared way of working, and agreed on how to spread the tools across the department. This final step ensured the tools didn’t stay siloed—it became a shared playbook for how Nortec works going forward.

“Casper's effectivity program helped us turn good intentions into real results. We walked away with practical tools — ranging from how we handle email, meetings, and daily planning to more complex prioritization frameworks. Each leader found something they could apply right away, and we now have a clear list of tools we'll start rolling out as company-wide guidelines.”
It also created better alignment across the leadership team and gave us a shared approach to protecting time for high-value work. It wasn't about working harder — it was about working smarter. The impact was immediate.

Results
The changes showed up fast. Leaders started blocking time for real work, cutting back on the number of meetings, and making sure the ones that stayed had a clear purpose. They set rules for how and when to communicate, which freed up hours every week.
By the end of the 30 days, Nortec’s leadership team had:
- Clarity and structure – A handful of simple tools everyone agreed to follow
- Less time wasted – Fewer hours lost to reactive work and constant interruptions
- Stronger team habits – Clear meeting rules, better planning, and more focus time
- Ownership of their time – Leaders taking control of how they work and setting the same standard for their teams
Thanks to a sharp leadership team willing to challenge their routines, Nortec is now better equipped to handle growth—with more focus, fewer distractions, and smarter ways of working.
