Hi, I’m Casper — I help suppliers grow with retail execution systems
Most suppliers lose time and revenue to slow emails, PDFs, and manual workflows. I fix that with data, automation, and AI — helping them activate retail partners, streamline execution, and scale distribution.
I spent 6.5 years as Chief Purchasing Officer at AndLight, a fast growing e-commerce within interior design in Europe. Helped scale into 12 new markets, grew revenue 11x, and much more. The company was aquired in 2022 by Story House Egmont and Royal Design Group.
Today, I help lifestyle brands build retail sell-in systems — think of it as an operating system for activating your distribution network. Tools and workflows designed to scale sales and save time. I’ve helped 100+ companies improve how they prioritize, execute, and grow.




Projects and companies
When I’m not helping suppliers grow, I build AI apps and teach effectivity — the skill of doing fewer things, better. I co-founded First Book AI to help first-time authors write and publish their book without friction. Thousands have used it.
I also wrote The Paradox of Plenty, a book about decision-making in a world of too many choices. The short version? You don’t need more options — you need better focus.
