Challenges

Maintaining clarity and performance through rapid growth. As Keepers scaled quickly, onboarding new leaders and ensuring consistent work habits became increasingly critical.

The company wanted to give leaders hands-on tools they could implement in their workday immediately - and later introduce across the wider organization.

Katja Feldstein

“The kickoff gave us a shared starting point, but the 1:1 sessions made implementation easy. Each leader began using the tools right away, and our shared way of working took shape within weeks before we finalised it in the last workshop.”

— Katja Feldstein, Partner at Keepers

The solution

Because Keepers consultants often work externally at client sites, the focus was on tools that could travel with them - simple, repeatable routines that work anywhere.

The 30-day program included:

  • A kick-off workshop to align on priorities and a shared baseline.
  • Individual 1:1 sessions with each leader to apply tools directly to their real week.
  • A final wrap-up workshop to lock in the routines and agree on next steps.

Results

Improved focus, structure, and leadership consistency across teams. Within weeks, leaders began to apply the tools daily. They reported clearer priorities, better time use, and stronger communication with their teams.

Many implemented two separate to-do lists, restructured meeting formats, and blocked time for deep work.

The immediate top 5 tools introduced were:

  • One-Thing To-Do List - separating high-value from low-value tasks to ensure focus each day
  • Perfect Week Planning - designing proactive weeks and protecting focus blocks
  • Email Strategy - deciding when and how to respond to regain control of inbox time
  • Meeting Strategy - setting clear agendas, smaller groups, and preferred time windows
  • Motivation Exercise & Test - understanding individual drivers to strengthen collaboration and well-being

Keepers is now exploring how to extend the program across its ~160 employees to embed these principles company-wide.

Summary

Keepers' effectivity program shows how a high-growth professional services company can strengthen focus and consistency without sacrificing agility or client responsiveness.

By introducing simple, principle-based tools, leaders built a common foundation for effectiveness that supports both performance and well-being.
